Order Conditions

1. Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting our sales team directly.

Prices are subject to change; confirmation will be provided at the time of order placement. The price quoted is valid for a maximum of 15 days for order confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

A payment of half (50%) of the total invoice must be made before the order processing begins. Otherwise, the order will not be considered confirmed.

As prices are always variable, only the amount paid in advance is guaranteed for products supplied at the specified price.

We accept payments via bank transfer, debit card, and mobile money transfer (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

The price quoted does not include any applicable VAT, taxes, or transportation costs, which will be borne by the consumer where applicable.

3. Order Confirmation

After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email and mobile message along with the receipt/money receipt.

Please review the confirmation carefully. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

4. Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery days are set based on the type of work, starting from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary based on your chosen shipping method and location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Customized orders are non-refundable once production has started.

If there is an error or issue with your order, please contact us.

6. Damaged Products

Please check your order upon receipt. If the products are damaged, please inform us within 2 days.

Keep all packaging materials and photographs of the damage for our records.

1. অর্ডার প্রদান

সমস্ত অর্ডার আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অথবা সরাসরি আমাদের বিক্রয় দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে দিতে হবে।

মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে; অর্ডার প্রদানের সময় নিশ্চিতকরণের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে। কোটেশনে প্রদত্ত মূল্য সর্বচ্চো ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে অর্ডার কনফর্ম এর জন্য প্রযোজ্য ।

2. পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার আগে মোট বিলের অর্ধেক (৫০ %) অর্থপ্রদান করতে হবে। অন্যথায় অর্ডার কনফর্ম বিবেচিত হবে না।

যেহেতু মূল্য সর্বদা পরিবর্তনশীল। তাই শুধুমাত্র অগ্রিম প্রদানকৃত অর্থের সমপরিমান পন্য নির্ধারিত মূল্যে সরবরাহের নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা হয়।

আমরা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, ডেবিট কার্ড এবং মোবাইল মানি ট্রান্সফার (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট) পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।

কোটেশনে প্রদত্ত মূল্য সকল প্রকার ভ্যাট-ট্যাক্স, পরিবহন খরচ ব্যাতিরেকে। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ভোক্তা তা প্রদান করবেন।

3. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ

আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর, আপনি রশিদ / মানি রিসিপ্ট সহ একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেল ও মোবাইল মেসেজ পাবেন।

দয়া করে নিশ্চিতকরণটি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পর্যালোচনা করুন। যদি কোনও অমিল দেখা দেয়, তাহলে আমাদের সাথে অবিলম্বে যোগাযোগ করুন।

4. উৎপাদন এবং ডেলিভারি

কাজের ধরনের উপর ভিত্তি করে উৎপাদন ও ডেলিভারির আনুমানিক দিন ধার্য করা হয়। ব্যবসায়িক দিন অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের তারিখ থেকে।

ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার নির্বাচিত শিপিং পদ্ধতি এবং অবস্থানের উপর ভিত্তি করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের শিপিং ক্যারিয়ারের কারণে হওয়া বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নই।

5. ফেরত এবং বাতিলকরণ

কাস্টমাইজড অর্ডার উৎপাদন শুরু হওয়ার পর ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

যদি আপনার অর্ডারে কোনও ত্রুটি বা ত্রুটি থাকে, তাহলে দয়া করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

6. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য

আপনার অর্ডার প্রাপ্তির পর পরীক্ষা করুন। যদি পণ্যগুলি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তাহলে দয়া করে ২ দিন এর মধ্যে আমাদের জানান।

আমাদের রেকর্ডের জন্য সমস্ত প্যাকেজিং উপকরণ এবং ক্ষতির ছবি সংরক্ষণ করুন।

7. গোপনীয়তা নীতি

আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা জানাই এবং আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
